If your subscription has expired, your data is safe. You will be able to access all your information immediately once you successfully renew your account.
How long is my data stored?
We understand that you may not be able to renew right away. To provide you with flexibility, we adhere to the following retention policy:
- 6-Month Grace Period: We keep your data secure for 6 months from the date your subscription expires and your account becomes inactive.
- Data Deletion: If the account remains inactive after 6 months, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Deletion Notifications
We won’t delete your data without warning. You will receive an email reminder one month before the scheduled deletion, giving you ample time to reactivate your account and preserve your information.
